People respect only those who wear stethoscope. There are other healthcare professionals do contribute without a stethoscope.

This is so true ! I used to think that only doctors and nurses made an impact in healthcare , but now I am Exploring roles like Medical Writing . It is so inspiring to see so many meaningful options beyond clinical practice

Yes there are many health care professional who don’t ware white coat and stethoscope but they contribute in to the health

I am a pharmaceutical person worked in Quality department as a Microbiologist. I worked in injectable plant where Microbiology department is like a backbone of a plant.

True, Honestly, every field in healthcare deserves respect. Whether it’s clinical, research, public health, pharma, regulatory, or hospital management people put in years of hard work to reach there.Without respect, even the highest position can feel meaningless ,We all may choose different paths, but our mission is the same — to make healthcare better for everyone.

You do not have to be in a hospital to make a difference. Through clinical research and pharmacovigilance, you can help patients indirectly and often on a much larger scale.
