Yes i totally agree with you, safe environment give you freedom to deliver your best version to the patient care
I agree with you. Strengthening security, enforcing strict policies against violence, and creating transparent complaint systems are essential steps.
At the same time, improving public health awareness and encouraging open communication can reduce misunderstandings. Protecting healthcare workers and maintaining patient trust must go together.
Lack of proper security measures is still a concern. For us in medical colleges though we had night duty and take patients for referral at night proper security was lacking. Such situations have to improve along with proper awareness among general public regarding the situations.
Such a good article
Not having a thought of fear in the work space, this is the basic thing that everyone wish for.
Thank you
Recognize everyone as humans first doctors are life savers
Earlier , Doctors were treated as one of best and respectful profession but now people just consider Doctors as business person . People started considering health as some product which can be purchased by paying for it and if something is not upto the mark they raise violence against the professionals.

I feel our health care system needs improvement through better policies and strong safety measures.Doctors are human beings not Gods.In critical situations, patients relatives should understand that doctors can not always guarantee outcomes.and for that I think general public awareness will play a key role to avoid violence.
To ensure healthcare worker safety without losing patient trust, institutions should enforce strong safety protocols, provide adequate protective gear, and support mental health.
Yes i agree with you.

It is very well said. It concerns a lot about our health care system.
Our institution or concerned body of administration can improve this system by supporting more on the emotional needs of doctors like creating recreational space. Making certain leaves easy to get. Also we can find more assistance such that if the concerned doctor is on leave the assistant can handle the day without any other worries for the doctor on leaves.
I think if we can secure emotional needs of the doctor 50-60% of violence can be reduced as we will be more focused on work without other worries. ![]()
Thank you @Uchi for sharing such a thoughtful perspective. Supporting the emotional well-being of doctors is often overlooked, yet it plays a vital role in maintaining focus, empathy, and effective patient care. Measures like adequate leave policies, reliable backup support, and spaces for mental decompression can reduce stress and burnout. When healthcare professionals feel supported and secure, it not only improves their well-being but can also foster calmer interactions and a safer healthcare environment for everyone. ![]()
