Healing isn’t aesthetic phase with soft music and perfect routine .
It’s always mood swings, you can’t explain. It’s isolating yourself because you don’t have energy to pretend . It’s about acting normal in front of everyone and feeling everything at once when you are alone.
No one actually notices it because from outside all have smiling faces hiding everything behind but you are alone without guidance , without timeline and without a clarity.
It’s messy, it’s confusing and honestly it’s exhausting.
Healing is always keep going through different phases and actually it starts from then.
Healing takes time and energy. It’s true that no can experience what we suffer inside during healing. Everybody’s experiences are different in their healing phases.
Very real perspective. Healing is often messy and exhausting, not always calm or perfect as it seems online. Sometimes the hardest phases are where true growth begins.
@Karuna18 its true no one known about how one is feeling and what that person is facing in his/her life until and unless they do face the same situation .
And actual it all depends on how we react to the situation and bounce back to normal.
Healing isn’t something we do for others—it’s an internal process. And when you begin to feel peace within that process, it often means you’re finally giving yourself what you needed all along. It may not always be calm or linear, but its purpose is to lead you toward that sense of inner steadiness.
I believe each individual follows a unique healing pathway, what suits one, may not work another. As rightly quoted by @Karuna18, it can be messy, exhausting, uncertain and time taking. I am reminding myself that each step, no matter how small , is a progress.
