Going to gync feels so embarrassing even the doctor start judging you like we are here for treatment not for your judgements. these are the reason many girls don’t prefer for go and ended up by suffering even more

So true, normalizing visiting the gynecologist by spreading awareness is much needed
I totally get what you mean. Going to the gyno can already feel uncomfortable and when doctors act judgmental, it just makes it worse. We go there for help, not to be shamed. That’s exactly why so many girls avoid going and end up suffering in silence. It shouldn’t be like this — every woman deserves care, respect and to feel safe when talking about her health.
Well it depends upon upon the gynecologist.
There should be enough awareness regarding this concern though.

Doctors won’t be judging - this thought has to be made strong in people’s mind, for that awareness is the key! Educating the women and their care takers is very important to decrease the Tabooness around visiting the Gynaecologist.
We need to normalise visiting Gynaecs for whatever reason it maybe. Spreading awareness and more people openly talking about it, communicating properly with the doctors will help as well.

My opinion might be contradictory here… but i think it is not the doctors who judge you.. but the general society.. your aunties, far relatives who will frown upon you when u might say you have gynae appointment… this is also the reason for your own guardians to hide it from family members.

Yes, true. Many unmarried girls feel shy or scared to go to gynecologist. They think doctor will judge them. But actually, health is more important. Gynac should not judge, only help. Girls should feel free to go without shame.

But not all gynacs are like that. It actually depends your rapport with the doctor, for eg. most of us might have a family gynac.
