It’s a simple debate that many people have an opinion on, sparking easy conversation.
I think it is the combination of both technology is making our life easy and complicated because using Technology such as Ai we can easily find out anything we want by just giving a prompt such as if we have any questions related to job , career. We can now do remote jobs from anywhere in the world but this lead to lack of physical activity because in this kind of Jobs we are continuously sitting at one place and because of that many disease can occur to a particular person. There should be balance between how we use technology

Technology on one hand making things easy and time saving but depends on which field or for what purpose it is being applied. On the other hand technology makes a person lazy dependency increases.
