Do you live for your work or weekends?

Is it fair to survive 5 days of the week to live for 2 days of the week? I know many people are stuck in the jobs they don’t like, or maybe they need to do that job because of the reasons life throws at them.

But what about those who are doing what they always wanted to do? Are they really happy in their work or just passing days and life?

Many people just get the works done, just to tick off the checklist. I believe putting devotion to every work we do, study, cook, paint, and job is what makes us experience the true aliveness. Devotion to your work is what makes you live and work each day. Devotion to your work is what creates legends like Sachin Tendulkar in cricket. Devotion is what takes you from average to discovering your highest potential. Many people, like in Japan, never retire from their work because they found their ikigai to live, which keeps them alive for longer without getting tired of their work.

Devotion to your work is a spiritual practice that helps you connect with your soul. It instills a sense of purity in our work and lives. And it encourages us to live each day with greater contentment rather than just waiting and living for weekends.

I hope everyone finds work that gives them a sense of spirituality and life :innocent:.
