A lot of people donโ€™t realize that varicose vein is due to lifestyle factors. Early management such as compression socks and leg elevation can also help at times.

Informative, Varicose veins are swollen, twisted veins that most often appear on the legs usually when vein valves become weak and allow blood to pool instead of flow smoothly upward. Risk factors include aging, genetics, long hours of standing, obesity, and pregnancy. Lifestyle tweaks like frequent movement, leg elevation, and compression stockings help a lot, but modern treatments like radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and high-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) are now offering nearly pain-free, non-surgical relief.
