Recent days, I am seeing young patients with their concerned parents over issues like poor focus, restlessness, and classroom behavioral concerns. While discussing such cases a common pattern emerged excessive use of gadgets , no proper screentime restrictions and sleep deprivation.. The medical management included digital detox too,come, let’s explore it.

One of the best ways to improve digital detox is by spending quality time with our kids and keeping them engaged in real-life activities. In today’s busy world it can be difficult, but managing time for family is very important.

Constant scrolling can overwhelm our brain.to declutter our brain digital detox is necessary step.
