Bhuvankumar 54 year old worked at a co-operate firm and has been diagnosed with Jaundice last week. He has history of excessive alcohol consumption in parties, and constant smoking during his work hours. He’s experiencing nausea, vomiting, weight loss and fatigue throughout.
Doctor asked him to run some tests which revealed hyponatremia and massive hyperferritinemia. On physical examination, his belly is protruded with prominence of veins near his umbilicus.
What could be the possible diagnosis of the case?
