No, I won’t switch my carrier just because lot of people are doing it .
Rather upskilling yourself can be good option than a carrier switch.

I don’t know about the career switch but my career will be based on medicine only that’s for sure whether it will be clinical or non clinical.
I’ll choose to work in a field where I feel comfortable and confident—where my strengths align and I can grow with purpose, if not medicine.
I don’t want to switch career, rather upskill myself.
I will do what my brain will get dopamine from 
I might go down some other road
Only MEDICINE.
But, along with it some other can be made as an option.
