I believe with caffeine, the poison is in the dose. If you have moderate amounts of caffeine it should not cause harm, but anything that is overdone will surely lead to trouble.
To be honest, I normally count on coffee ahead of exams since I feel that it offers a second wave of concentration whenever I need it the most. However, I’ve learned that consuming it late in the day has a major effect upon my sleep.
n my opinion, caffeine really helps boost focus and keeps us awake during long study hours, but too much of it affects sleep badly. I think it’s good if we use it in moderation and not depend on it completely.
Caffeine usually taken after 3 is known to disturb sleep
Caffeine at night increase anxiety.
Insightful!
