Option B. Bradycardia.

Headache absolutely it is a typical sign of increased ICP.
Papilledema, swelling of optic disc is a typical sign.
Hypotension which is related to headache is a typical sign.
Bradycardia is atypical sign as it occurs later and also along with Cushing’s reflex. But it’s not n reliable indicator.

Hypotension is not typically associated with raised ICP. In fact, hypertensionis more common in response to increased ICP!!
