Biotechnology inventions creating revolution

Which biotechnology invention according to you is greatest of all times??

Honestly, if I had to pick one, CRISPR-Cas9 gene editing stands out as the greatest biotechnology invention so far. Why? Because it gave us the power to precisely edit DNA—something once thought impossible. From potentially curing genetic diseases to transforming agriculture, it’s not just groundbreaking—it’s game-changing.
It turned biology from observation into direct intervention.

That’s a tough question because there have been so many amazing biotech inventions! But if I had to pick one, I’d say the invention of vaccines is the greatest. They’ve saved millions of lives by preventing deadly diseases and helped us control outbreaks like smallpox and polio. Vaccines show how science can directly improve people’s health in a big way and they keep evolving to fight new illnesses too. It’s pretty amazing how something so small can make such a huge difference.
