The usual reason we talk about is gingivitis which is the inflammation of gingiva, but it can also be caused by hormonal fluctuations, stress levels, vitamin deficiencies and can even be caused due to genetic factors.
I think it’s the toothbrush . Using hard bristle toothbrush may cause bleeding . The other reason I think is our habit of brushing our gums too hard along with the teeth.
Many resons can attribute to bleeding gums. Improper brushing to even systematic issues.
