Use a pea sized amount of toothpaste, spit out the excess after and avoid rinsing immediately for the fluoride to work. Using excess toothpaste and rinsing too much are the two main problems I’ve observed.

Water flossing has now become more popular than the conventional flosses. I think water flossing is more gentle on our teeth.

Can be gingivitis due to poor oral hygiene or hormonal changes.Gingivitis progress to periodontitis this also causes bleeding from gums

Along with vitamin C deficiency, one of the reasons my dentists said when I had the same issue was that it could be due to brushing too hard or using a toothbrush with stiff bristles.

It’s a common problem, which is always overlooked, does everyone have vit c deficiency? Not really

It’s generally caused by gingivitis.. inflammation due to any other underlying causes or poor oral hygiene.. sometimes vit deficiency also results in bleeding from gums
