Recent studies have shown that almond supplementation can help counter oxidative stress, especially in specific biomarkers when a significant amount is consumed every day. Really interesting. But almonds are pretty expensive for everyday use. I wonder if there are more affordable plant-based foods with similar antioxidant effects, maybe sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, or even leafy greens?
