Recently, I came across a powerful framework that breaks life down into Self, Others, Current Situation, Physical, Mental, Social, and Spiritual aspects. Each one offers a reminder to ground ourselves, stay strong, and find peace.

1. Self: The Inner Foundation

It all begins with you.
• “I can do it” – Confidence is the first step to progress.
• Consistency builds strength.
• Compassion and emotional balance create resilience.
• Remember: God is with me. I am doing right. I am caring

Self-affirmations like these shape the mindset that carries us forward.

2. Others: The Circle of Support

We are never alone in our journey. The people around us influence our energy and outlook.
• A good boss empowers rather than judges.
• Supportive colleagues make challenges manageable.
• Cooperation fosters growth.

3. Current Situation: Facing Reality

Life is a mix of ease and struggle. Instead of resisting difficulties, we can approach them with wisdom:
