Pharmacist at a hospital - it is the responsibility to the pharmacist to dispense the medicines and answer the queries of patients and give the proper guidance about how to take the dose

Professor in a college - a professor who holds doctorate or equivalent degree who teaches the academic subjects and conduct the research in the respective field

Quality control inspector- a officer monitor the quality of the incoming and out going products from the company

Pharmaceutical marketing representative - they acts a middle man between the professional and the pharmaceutical company

Research scientist - In the pharmaceutical sciences clinical pharmaceutical scientist is an independent researcher who is also licensed ,practicing pharmacist

No matter PHARMACY is best career choice after 12th. We have to change the perspective for the pharmacy as a career. Students after failing to secure admission for MBBS the second choice they have is Pharmacy. There are so little amount of students whose primary focus is PHARMACY as a career.

One of my professor use to call the PHARMACY is IT IS BACHELOR OF EVERYTHING & MASTER OF NOTHING. As we know Pharmacy curriculum involves Study of ANATOMY, PHYSIOLOGY, BIOCHEMISTRY, PATHOLOGY, PHARMACOLOGY, MICROBIOLOGY, BIOTECHNOLOGY, SOCIAL AND PREVENTIVE PHARMACY. These all subjects can be studied as a MAJOR subject in Graduation.
its actually true but also i felt funny at that time.

Pharmacy is an excellent choice after 12th, and as pharmacy student, I’m confident in my decision. Pharmacy offers a wide ranfe of career opportunities, includes:

  • IndustryRoles: production, quality control, quality assurance, research and development, regulatory affairs, Pharmacovigilance department, clinical research department.

  • Clinical roles like clinical pharmacist, hospital pharmacist, and patient consellor

  • In govt. sector, work as Drug Inspector, pharmacist

  • Lecturer, professor, and researcher in academic

  • other opportunities like, SAS progammer, medical writer, medical reviewer, medical scriber, data analyst, patent analyst, medical coder and so on.

  • Pharmacist work on various settings, includiing hospitals, research institution pharmaceutical comapnies and government agencies.

Yes, there are a lot more opportunities for a pharmacy student. Like industry based, Hospital pharmacists, Retail Pharmacies, Clinical research, PV, CDM, SAS, Medical Writer, Medical Coder, and many more.
