5 Digital Tools That Saved My Semester and My Sanity

Hello Pharma Family!
Managing lectures, assignments, GPAT prep, and project deadlines all at once can feel like juggling capsules with greasy gloves .

  • 5 digital tools that helped me stay organized, focused, and actually sleep on time:
  1. Notion –
•Best for lecture notes, to-do lists, and organizing subject-wise flashcards. I even tracked my GPAT prep progress here.

2.Anki –
•If you’re into smart memorization, Anki’s spaced repetition flashcards work wonders (especially for pharma classifications & drug names).

  1. Google Calendar –
•Used it to schedule my weekly plan: classes, self-study slots, and revision days. It also sends helpful reminders.

  2. CamScanner–
•Digitize handwritten notes or library book pages. Great during exam time when the book queue is endless.

5.Microsoft OneNote –
•Perfect for handwritten notes on a tablet. I organized all topics (Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, etc.) in separate sections.

•What tools or apps do you use to survive pharmacy life? Drop your favs below – let’s help each other build the ultimate digital kit!

Do you think using ai tools helps in saving time, or do they sometimes complicate it further?

Its really is an amazing flashcard app! its really customisable in terms of the flashcard setting\options , less so in UI , but looks and feels really clean for a free android app. And i absolutely love the helping guides (“?”) in the Deck options. Just little things like that I dont really see in other apps.

Any alternative for ANKI ??

It is a new tool but Google Notebook is amazing. You upload your books, and all you have to do is ask questions and you will get a summarized and referenced answer.
