True if other countries can do it then why can’t we . with proper policy and plan we can also manage it .

True but if we focus on results instead of just hours we can avoid extra stress .

Yeah , true.

4 days work concept is ridiculous. After three days of “rest”, what is the work I do - that moment will arise.

And then one has to open the documents to see what exactly that person does!!!:relieved_face: Aadha din isi mein nikal jayega. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes::grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

But Homo sapiens is a very weird creature in the universe of livings things. You never know what kind of experiments it can get into.

Intresting point sir ..

It’s more of a need here.

There’s no need for 7 days 70 hours strategy, we are already a very depressing country and people who are of old times still want us to work as much as they were doing , but we don’t need to work on like them.

In this competitive environment of today’s world after running the whole week like a rat , we will be exhausted and soon die of a cardiac arrest not because of any disease but just because we were not given enough rest.

Corporate and industries need to understand the work-life-balance and it’s importance.

It’s high time now.

A 4-day work week could definitely benefit India, less stress, more family time, and healthier lifestyles. But the challenge is our work culture, where long hours are often seen as dedication. We need a mindset shift to value output over hours.
