Drugs like Wegovy and Mounjaro work by mimicking gut hormones that signal the brain to reduce appetite. These drugs may not work equally for everyone, and lost weight may reappear once treatment is discontinued. Research is ongoing to reset the defended weight level.

Health is not defined by body weight alone. Regular physical activity, adequate sleep, balanced nutrition, and good mental health can improve cardiovascular and metabolic health, even if significant weight loss doesn’t occur.
