Today, information about healthy living is everywhere β from social media and fitness apps to healthcare campaigns and medical advice.
Most people already know that poor sleep, unhealthy food habits, smoking, stress, and lack of exercise can affect long-term health.
Yet changing daily habits remains difficult for many individuals even when they are fully aware of the risks.
This made me think that health behavior is influenced not only by knowledge, but also by emotions, routines, motivation, and environment.
