I guess for every field of medical background where patient interaction matters more

There is a genuine trust gap. Indian expectations demand promises, which leads to blame when results differ, while foreign patients welcome medical uncertainty and informed consent. This could be overcome by mutual education about system limitations. Respect is reciprocated.
