No time for life- If u make lot of money but work all the time, if u wont have time for your family, friends or hobbies. What’s the point of money if u cant enjoy your life ?
Health can suffer - pressure job can make u tired ,anxious,or even sick .having money cant buy health
3.Not enjoying the job - if you don’t want to do what your doing you will feel unhappy
4.Bad work environment - a high salary wont help if your boss is mean abd your co worker are rude or the work place feels negative
No learning or Growth - if your not learning new things or moving forward in your carrer u may feel stuck even if you earn lot
Money is not everything - money can buy comfort but not happiness peace or love 1 more money doesn’t make u feel much better
A good job is not just about money . It is also about feeling happy ,healthy , respected and having time for life . A job that make you feel good is often better than one that just pays a lot
This is so true. A job should give you more than just money it should also support your health, happiness, and personal life. No amount of money is worth it if you’re constantly stressed or unhappy.
A high salary plays a vital role in today’s time; atleast high enough to provide you financial security, support your long-term goals/aspirations, provide access to better healthcare and advanced education, and ofcourse a significant quality of life with your family and loved ones. In our country, where economic disparities are so profound, earning well is a necessity. However, salary alone can never define a successful career/a meaningful life. It is very important to observe the way of life your current job is allowing in terms of your mental peace, self-growth, ethical and moral alignment, and complying with your freedom to rest without any missed opportunity/guilt/regret. I personally feel a balanced integration of both like having sufficient financial means to live comfortably and also safeguarding your emotional wellness and life purpose is needed. To have a fulfilling career we do not need to choose between income and impact or salary and satisfaction, both can beautifully coexist.
If you ask a teenager like who’s yet to face the real world scenario I think money is the key to happy life and success,so for me High pay will be everything.
After some year my opinion would bemore likely to be changed.Hope so!!
Although this is true, but the cost of living now-a-days require high paying job. People struggling in the job, just to keep their family afloat, is something I respect a lot.
Exactly, a job that provides a proper work-life balance is much better than a high paying job without a work-life balance. Because at the end, what truly matters is our overall well-being.
It’s easy to think a big paycheck means you’ve made it but honestly, what’s the point if it costs you your peace, health, and joy? When your job drains you to the point where you barely have time to breathe, let alone enjoy the people and passions you love, that money starts to feel pretty empty. A toxic work culture, zero growth, or simply waking up dreading your day none of that gets fixed by a number in your bank account. Real success isn’t just earning well it’s feeling well, living well, and growing every step of the way.
Having a high salary is great, because honestly, we all need money for our basic needs, comforts, and to live a good life. Every small thing today costs money, so it’s natural to aim for a good income. But still, money isn’t everything. If you’re earning a lot but don’t have time to rest, spend with your family, or do things you love… what’s the use? If your job makes you stressed, tired, or unhappy, then even a high salary can’t bring peace or joy. A job should not just give money it should also give peace of mind, good health, respect, and time to enjoy life.
So yes, money is important but how you earn it, and how it makes you feel, matters even more.
Absolutely true, Money is not everything but something that matters. A job that can financially help us but doesn’t provide space and time for family and our own health is of no use.
Yes, so true. Money is not everything.
Good working culture, teamwork, and more growth opportunities etc., are important factors when you join a company.
I agree with this post. Only earning money is not enough if we are not happy or healthy. If job gives stress and no time for family, then it is not a good life. Respect, peace, and growth are also important in career. A good workplace and friendly people matter more than high salary. We should choose job that makes us feel good inside.
True! High salary means little if it costs you your health, peace, and joy. The real win is a job that lets you grow, feel valued, and still have a life outside work.
