What advice would you give to your younger self, a medical aspirant preparing for exams like NEET, who struggled with anxiety, mistakes, and setbacks along the way?

I would tell my younger self not to worry and doubt whether I could do the kind of work needed in this degree, and not stress about the excessive amount of material there was to study. Take it a little lightly and learn for the joy of acquiring knowledge and try to minimize exam related stress!

Firstly, nothing in this world is too big, that failing at it would destroy your life.

No exam or hurdle is eligible to have your anxiety and fear.

I would tell myself (it’s not like I would take the advice then, this is something you will learn with experience) to never do anything to such an extent, where you get tired and exhausted

In the end it’ll fall in place….

Learn to accept that you’re not perfect.

Don’t perform for others, study for yourself.

Keep some time everyday to talk to friends and family.

Share your worries with trustworthy people.

Study even if you don’t feel like it.

I would really say that do the hard work and you’ll be rewarded but don’t be too hard on yourself. Be patient and curious at the same time to as to know if you can be the good one.
