But how do you actually enter R&D after completing M.Pharm?

What Does R&D Involve?
•Developing new formulations (tablets, injectables, etc.)
•Improving existing drug delivery systems.
•Stability studies, compatibility studies.
•Working on NDAs and ANDAs for global markets.

Preferred Specializations:
•M.Pharm in Pharmaceutics, Industrial Pharmacy, or Pharmaceutical Technology.
•A strong project in formulation or NDDS during post-graduation is a bonus.

Resume Tips:
•Highlight hands-on experience with techniques like HPLC, UV, Dissolution.
•Mention formulation projects and research paper presentations.
•Add certifications (QbD, ICH guidelines, etc.)
