This AI builds Antibodies in 2 weeks ?

Chai Discovery’s #Chai2 tool can design antibodies from scratch in just 2 weeks… :exploding_head:
No more massive libraries or endless trial and error, One AI that creates what binds to the target.

Tested on 50+ proteins, and it produces antibodies with impressive success rates.
What used to take months and massive funding, now takes only about 2 weeks.

Here is an article on it -

Impressive tech, but AI alone can’t be trusted to fully design an antibody. AI can predict, but they can’t foresee every immune reaction, side effect, or long-term safety issue. What works “in silico” doesn’t always work “in vivo.” We still need human expertise, ethical oversight, and thorough validation to make sure these designs are truly safe and effective. AI should assist, not replace, human judgment in medicine.

This is a big step in science and medicine! Designing antibodies in just 2 weeks using AI is super-fast and cost-saving. It’s great to see how technology is helping solve complex problems. No need for huge libraries or long experiments anymore. This can speed up drug discovery and help patients faster. Really proud to see such innovation happening.

I haven’t known about this before I wish this could help many people out there

Interesting.

Cutting down months of trial and error to weeks not only speeds up research but also reduces costs dramatically. Excited to see how this transforms biopharma innovation!

Chai-2 signals a turning point for biologic drug discovery compressing years of trial-and-error into weeks, raising success rates by orders of magnitude, and making truly de novo antibody design practical. If its lab results scale to clinical success, it could not only accelerate therapies for hard-to-target diseases but also democratise advanced biologic design, shifting the industry from chance driven screening to intentional, precision engineering.

Impressive! It offers less time for creation with high success rate and will be very beneficial in treating diseases.

That’s incredible! Designing antibodies in just 2 weeks sounds like a real game-changer for research and therapeutics.
