Ever thought about this?
We spend years learning protocols, mastering techniques, and chasing excellence.
But sometimes, it’s not the hard skills that shape us the most — it’s the moments.
The first patient who trusted you.
The first mistake that taught you more than any textbook.
The first time you truly listened — not just to symptoms, but to a story.
What’s one experience in your healthcare journey that changed the way you think, treat, or care?
Let’s reflect together.
Drop your moment below
— you never know who it might resonate with.

I am Graduate in Anaesthesiology it means we need to give drug to patients for sedation to do operation . As a first year student while the doctor was giving an epidural he accidentally dropped the syringe i took them and put in a same trap which is sterile. This made me realise that i need to concentrate on things which is sterile and unsterile . If i do one thing wrong it may lead to severe infection in patients health. This incident taught me a lesson. After that i learned and practiced more about patient care and also trained my juniors the same way .
