“Mistakes”, are simply a great teacher, that we are unable to forget for life time.

No theoretical knowledge can be compared to the knowledge we gain by doing practical errors.
Initially mistakes may feel discouraging, but they often become our best teacher. I think being willing to reflect on them and learn from each experience is what slowly builds confidence and makes us better clinicians.

When I was an intern, I always wanted everything to look perfect, right from the diagnosis to treatment. But when anything turns bad, I used to feel instant disappointment. After all these years, I feel glad to make mistakes, because they helped me more than my theoretical knowledge I learned in my college.
