History taking, which is the basic thing and also help in ruling out the diagnosis the most.
Then it’s general examination.
Being humble . If you stay humble , your patients will respect you more .

In our Physiotherapy field as well, it is said that patient will itself tell the diagnosis of some of the conditions most of the times.
Just hear them carefully. Take there in depth history and that’s how medicos can get most of the information by just the conversation which will help them to diagnose, make certain goals and treat the patient efficiently and effectively.
I think many students might overlook the art of truly observing the patient. It’s about seeing beyond the chart
