And to be in this procastination zone is the worst - For you, for your career, for your profession.

Tug of war between emotional and rational parts of brain.

To overcome procrastination:
•Break large task into smaller ones.
•Make a to-do list.
•Write down the tasks/targets in order to do.
•Tick or strike the completed task.
