the scope of pharmacovigilance is wide because it deals with various types of reports like ICSR(individual case safety update reports, psur (periodic safety update report etc.
Why is PV a lifesaver?
Monitors real-world
drug safety—detecting:detective: side effects that clinical trials might miss.
Prevents medical disasters—like the thalidomide tragedy, which led to stricter drug

Helps regulators make informed decisions—such as issuing safety warnings or withdrawing harmful drugs.
Protects patients like YOU

PV is mostly an offline job.
But, some companies offer it online too.
Thankyou for sharing.
The Scope of pharmacovigilance in india is growing due to pharmaceuticals industry, clinical research and awareness of drug’s safety.
Both offline and online have there own benefits, but i think online should be btter because you can learn more weather in offline there is fixed schedule and time commitment.
And your money is also saving in online mode it is affordable then offline .
In India, many good pharmacovigilance jobs need practical skills and teamwork, so offline training can be helpful. But online courses are also improving and can be very effective.
