💊 Painkillers: How Much Is Too Much?

We all take painkillers for quick relief — headache, body pain, fever… it’s almost a habit now. But the problem starts when we take them too often without really thinking about it.

Taking higher doses or using them regularly can slowly harm your body. It can affect your liver, cause stomach issues, and even damage your kidneys over time. The scary part is, these effects don’t show up immediately.

Painkillers are helpful, no doubt — but they’re not meant to be taken daily for every small discomfort. If you keep needing them again and again, it’s better to find the real cause instead of just masking the pain.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: Use them when needed, not out of habit.

I think painkillers should be used carefully because frequent self-medication can hide the real problem and may cause long-term harm to the body.

Ya..many people self medicated painkillers often without knowing it’s side effects..but I feel some part of society now learning about side effects and careful about which they takes.

Very important point. Painkillers are useful when taken appropriately, regular self-medication can cause more harm than good. Understanding the cause of pain is equally important as treating it.
