Should i read notes only in pharmacology ?
Why notes only? Read KDT
Just notes will not teach you basics
For your professionals, yes you can.
But that is not enough to clear NEET PG.
Study Tripathi and notes
Notes + MCQs = Good for revision.
Deep reading for tricky concept.
Read GRG notes and than read standard books, I’ll personally prefer KDT
KD Tripathi and Katsung - Read these books, understand the concepts and make your own notes with illustrations, that’s enough.
Would give you a very practical advice:
Watch grg sir lectures.
Then read shanbag.
Ik ik many will criticize this approach but after making notes from kdt with grg and chatgpt i would say the main part about pharma is remembering the stuff like mechanism of action and classifications adverse effects and etc.
So if you have watched grg sir lectures you have grasped the concept now comes making notes it’s better to just use shanbag as notes as they have all the stuff need for exams and spend most of your time rereading it revising it rather then reading kdt.
Key to pharm is not how much you read or learned it’s how much you remember.
For me I have to make notes like I can’t survive without my notes but yea after reading shanbag I felt there is no need to read kdt and make notes because they will be same.
You can add your side notes over shanbag if you want to add more stuff to it.
But remember it’s always about how much you remembered.
For Drug classification use standard book as KD Tripathi. For understanding and rapid revision you may use notes!
Not notes practice questions, pyq , self study and study plan and most important concentration
