Doctor, assistant, stethoscope, Sphygmomano meter, Refrigerator, EKG machine, dressing stuff, Emergency resuscitation kit, etc.
And not to forget: ability to receive fee

Basic examination couch, privacy curtains, sterile dressing materials, and minor procedure tools (scissors, forceps, sutures) are important. Stock of essential medications, emergency drugs (like adrenaline, salbutamol, antihistamines), IV fluids, and injection equipment is crucial. A first aid kit, oxygen cylinder, and nebulizer round out preparedness. A small computer or EMR system helps with patient records and prescriptions.
