So I had a good bond with my senior , today they called me and asked about my wellbeing and what I am doing after the college then I told him everything and they were like whatever you are doing you won’t succeed in it and all , I was listening to him and I was like what are you doing sir 
so he basically told me he is working with his dad and earning , and I was like I have no issue with that but do not demotivate me . What would you have done if you would have been on my place ?

If I was in your place, I would have just smiled and moved on. You did right by calmly standing up for yourself and saying not to demotivate you. Everyone’s journey is different, and just because someone is doing something else doesn’t mean our path is wrong. What matters is believing in yourself and moving forward.

You did the right thing not explaining yourself to them who knows nothing about your feelings and emotions. When you succeed and become what you want that time called that person and tell what you achieved.

i really hate these kind of people , they dont have to do the hard work , neither passing any interviews , their DAD preference help and then they treat others like nothing !!!
Like seriously man you got everything from your parents and just doing nothing , i also have same kind of person , who did nothing in university with backlogs still he is doing great all thanks to his father

Such people come and try to demotivate you
Whenever you feel like a person doesn’t resonate what you are doing just ignore them
It’s always when someone doesn’t feel like they are doing enough they try and pull others down so that they don’t feel down, understand this
If you feel confident in whatever you doing go for it, and forget about what others are saying

I will listen the whole story and i will leave because nothing will happen without our reaction. if they demotivate or else they influence i just think i know who i am and what i want to be so your opinion does not affect me. And silence is the best answer for that kind of people.

Everybody’s path is different. Sometimes we succeed, sometimes we don’t and that’s okay. He has no right to say you will never be successful. It is better to just say ‘okay’ and move on

Just think that everyone had their own path.Without trying for the oppurtunities or without focusing on the future,no one can underestimate or demotivate the course or others.Just tell senior to guide you from their experience rather than demotivating others.

I would have said okay and moved on as in life we will find teachers, friends or other people who try to demotivate us but we should believe in ourself and focus on the things we want to do.
