P - Pericarditis (inflammation of heart lining)
E - Esophagus problems (like spasm )
T - Tension pneumothorax (collapsed lungs)

M - MI (myocardial infarction)
A - Aortic dissection (tear in aorta)
C - Chest wall pain (muscle strain)

This helps remembering life threatening as well as non cardiac causes required for assessing a patient
