With today’s fast-paced environment, identifying triggers and focusing on stress management, sleep hygiene, and preventive care is just as important as symptomatic treatment. Migraine reminds us that the brain is deeply affected by how we live our stress levels, sleep, and daily habits. Managing migraine is not just about medicines, but about managing life itself.

As from my experience, I can say that, migrain is the most annoying thing happens to you. It starts over any unspecific reason and lasts for days. It is not easy to handle your daily work during this phase and happy to share that I found a my solution on it by drinking water in interval of 15 minutes (around 10-12 glass) throughout a day reduces quater of my migraine pain. So, I avoid taking medications until my pain lasts more than 2 days.
