LISTENING TO MUSIC WHILE SLPEEPING IS OK ??

Listening to music while sleeping is generally safe and have benefits especially if the music is calm and slow. This will help to decrease the stress increase sleep quality and helps in preventing the insomnia. However using the earbuds whole night can be uncomfortable and sometimes it is risky and decrease sleep quality.

Listening to calm music while sleeping can really help with stress and improve sleep. But wearing earbuds all night might hurt your ears or disturb sleep. It’s better to use soft speakers or sleep-friendly headphones.

Yes, using earbuds to hear music for sleeping can be harmful, as that can create discomfort in sleep, and also it can irritate the ear causing pain and sometimes at night when there occurs process of ear wax clearance, it can create impediments in that. So it’s better to put the music in a low volume (enough to reach the ear in a soothing manner) using a bluetooth speaker and consider playing the music with an auto-off option using a timer (the range when you generally fall asleep like an hour/half an hour). By adopting this, one cab enjoy the benefits of calming music in an appropriate manner. Mostly binaural beats, ambient, Lo-fi, healing music in 432 hz frequency, nature sounds, and delta wave sounds help much while sleeping.

I listen to music without ear buds. It’s really calming to listen to rain sounds etc while sleeping. You can listen to music without ear buds, it’s not that necessary.
