Question banks, Flashcards and one page notes/mindmaps are the best ways to study the main topics from the huge pile of books. These help specially during the exam period.
For quick learning you can use notes, flashcards and question banks.
You can take online coching videos which can make your syllabus concise.
But for important topics standard books are preferred.
