Add emotional burnout, lack of mentorship, poor work-life balance, and constant self-doubt ,internship isn’t just clinical, it’s personal.
Some ppl actually don’t guide expecting the intern to know everything is a weird mindset
I have not been a part of internship for now but I have about some of the experience of my seniors. And I can totally relate with all this physical symptoms you have shared. Along with that, Burnouts+Frequent Self Doubts are also there as a symptoms that I have heard of.

Lack of mentorship is really true. If I had learnt all those in college I would not have suffered now.
