What should everyone see in the food packaging before buying it? As a doctor what would you recommend?
Some V. V. important points to be checked are
- The type of oil used
- the fat percentage per 100g
- the sugars qty per 100g
- the sodium per 100g ---- sodium is such a silent killer, simply because we consume it left right without monitoring
- details of the trans fats section---- A few brands do separate the section from generalised fats and omega fats
- binding agents ------
A lot of people unintentionally consume substances they are severely allergic to in the form of binding agents.

Very informative thank you
By looking at the package we can avoid excess artificial additives and see if we are allergic to any ingredients.
