Field work is cruciaaaaal.
It bridges textbook learning with real-life patient care. Doctors who skip it and jump straight into PG may struggle with practical decision-making, communication, and system navigation. Without hands-on experience, they can feel overwhelmed, missing the confidence and instincts built through frontline exposure.
