I think energy drinks dhould carry health warnings and age restrictions because they can create heart problems ,anxiety and sleep issues especially in teenagers.

Absolutely, details should be mentioned along with the risks. Also, the people drinking energy drinks must understand the hazard these drinks can cause to ones life’s. Just as to keep oneself fresh is nothing to do with the energy drinks, rather have small walk, wash your face, etc.
If get stick to the fact that , moderation is the key , that’s don’t do much harm to , personally energy Drinks have truly helped me , be it late night studies or late night drives ,a can of 250ml - 350ml does really reenergizes the mind. And yes Taurine does improve nerve function drastically, see if taken in moderation not over the limit Energy Drinks are good ,but strictly consume it only when it is needed
