Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has reshaped many long-standing norms.
In the workplace, they challenge traditional hierarchies, value flexibility, and openly express their opinions rather than conforming silently.
They have also influenced language trends, with a noticeable shift toward American English in spelling and pronunciation across global communication.
Entrepreneurship is another defining trait—many Gen Z individuals are launching startups early, driven by innovation and digital opportunities.
At the same time, they are reconnecting with traditional knowledge systems, presenting ancient practices through a modern, scientific lens.
Highly tech-savvy, Gen Z adapts quickly to new technologies and often leads digital trends.
They have also transformed social media into a space that blends entertainment with income generation, creating multiple revenue streams.
Calling any generation "the smartest" oversimplifies things. Gen Z is certainly adaptable, expressive, and innovative—but like every generation, it has strengths and challenges.
What do you think about Gen Z? Do you feel the difference of generations in the thinking process and other activities?
