I think ethics and financial sustainability can absolutely go hand in hand. Healthcare professionals deserve fair compensation but every decision should be guided by the patient’s best interest. In the end, trust is the most valuable thing a doctor can earn.
For doctors, ethics may always matter. But in private practice, I think doctors have to fulfill a certain target for that organization. These kinds of things we can’t even imagine. Doctors are under pressure to save their jobs. These kinds of owners of private hospitals should understand that they are businessmen doing their business, which is good. But poor, sick humans aren’t a profit machine.
No doubts ethics are very important, So earning with ethics should be followed. People spent huge amount for their luxury Lifestyle, going on vacation, restaurant and so on, but when it comes to, getting a treatment done everyone wants it at very low cost. Most of the people think that whatever the fees may be, doctors must be making more money.
In the current healthcare landscape, many people feel that healthcare has become increasingly commercialized. Doctors rightly charge for their expertise, years of training, and experience, which helps build trust and confidence among patients and their families.

Ethics are a must for working in a healthcare profession. Financial stability is also very important but, financial stability and ethics must go hand in hand and financial gain must never be prioritised.
This really made me think. Every profession needs financial stability, but healthcare is unique because people’s well-being is involved. I believe patients remember honesty and compassion just as much as they remember the treatment they receive.

Moreover healthcare has become a business wherein in some private hospitals, patients are admitted just to show the numbers on their records. However, ethics is what matters and finding that line between ethics and money is the real challenge.
