Yes many medicine should not spilt or crushed it can be harmful.
Always read lebel or packaging asked pharmacist or doctor .
like ER EC tablets are not crushed because it will be effectiveless .
The medicine is usefull , powerful and effective when it take in right way.

We should Always ask a doctor or pharmacist about the medicine because taking proper medicine will only cure us from illness otherwise medicine will not work properly inside our body and therefore we will not be cure from illness

yes splitting and crushing is not to be done any kind of medications. Because by doing like this it may be harmful or else the medication will be wasted.

Honestly, I feel that many people just break tablets without knowing if itโs safe or not. But tablets like enteric-coated or extended-release are made to work slowly in the body, and if we crush or split them, it can cause side effects or reduce their effect. Itโs absolutely correct.
Every medicine should be taken carefully in right amount and in a right way.
One of the interesting fact that I came to know is: if a medicine is a divided by a line then it is meant to be split.
Orange colour indicates it is not to be taken with water, it is need to chewed.
So these small things can be very helpful.
But the advisory from the doctor is necessary.

Some of the medications should not be split into half;as the effect of the drug is not completely entered into systemic circulation.But few of the people donโt know and they just split the tablet into two.

Many people donโt know how to use their medications mainly for OTC medications, the knowledge on usage is minimal and it is the responsibility of the dispensing pharmacist to give instructions on their proper usage.
