When we are born, we start our lives by crying loudly, but as soon as we grow, our loved ones advise us not to cry. They say strong people don’t cry and we weep our tears.
Everyone in their lives is going through some situations and facing them all alone in silence.
But one day there’s a moment were we feel heavy and stressed.
Whenever I feel like this I cry out loudly.
It’s said that crying is beneficial for our mental health because it improves sleep, relieves stress and enhances mood by releasing stress hormones.
How do you tackle such situations?

Crying is a natural emotional release that can reduce stress, amd anxiety, process emotion, improve mood. Its a sign of emotional intellegience, not weakness. Allow yourself to express emotion healthily.
I also cry when I’m feeling emotional drained, frustrated, and overwhelmed.
So true. Sometimes a good cry is all we need to feel lighter. I usually take some quiet time, listen to music, or write down my thoughts to cope.

Cry out. Because holding on will make the situation heavy. The heart may suffocate. So, its better to let it go. You can try it once. Usually for me, I have seen things become lighter after I have cried it out. You don’t have to cry to someone. Just cry to self, some silent time. Things will get lighter than before.

Crying is one of the expression of your emotions. When I feel like to cry I go somewhere alone cry and release my emotions. If you don’t release your emotions that burden your heart and mind, feels irritable or feels suffocated. so better to release your emotions.

Crying is a necessary mechanism through which the bottled up emotions can get released from the body through tears. When emotions get too heavy inside the body, they find a way to get released and that’s when tear comes in our eyes. So, it’s better to cry it out, rather than keeping it inside forcefully. Exhibiting vulnerability is one of the strongest human attribute and we can always do that, either when we are alone or when the situation is too intense, in front of a loved/trusted one. After crying, that pressure gets released and the PFC (prefrontal cortex) region of the brain feels active to think clearly. So cry when it is needed, considering it a part of the self-care routine. When we are crying, it’s a form of validation that we have emotions within and when we do not cry, It’s because, the emotions are gradually dying inside.
I think we need to release our emotions every now and then, regardless of what anybody tries to tell us. The weight of heavy emotions will do you no good, you have to let go to get over the hurt.
