In my observation, nowadays sedentary lifestyles are the main reason in increasing prevalence of this diseases.
These can be the potential reason for changes in hormones which can cause these diseases.
And, lifestyle modifications can be the important factor to decrease its prevalence.

Yes, to some extent-through early screening, healthy lifestyle, breastfeeding, and awareness. Early detection saves lives

In my opinion, lifestyle and diet are the reasons for increase in breast cancer ratio.

Regular Mammographs especially if you have history can help to prevent cancers when it is in In situ stage
