We will gradually learn to do it by talking to our senior staffs, consultants and assistants, building rapo with them! - From an introvert

Being able to express what they feel is the one thing that is needed and people should develop these skills for survival in any field. Should work up on one’s body language, building up of confidence and main thing, should not fear embarrassment.
It’s not about being introvert or extrovert. Introvert don’t express even if they know it’s correct. Extrovert don’t stop talking and argue even it’s wrong. So as a professional you have to be good in communication especially if your work involves working with others. You have to know what to, what not to and when to talk.
Absolutely true! If you’re extrovert in your profession (not just medical), you can knock and open unexpected doors too. Every interaction has some hidden learning, or the knowledge to seek. One tip I would like to highlight is - Be Kind to EVERYONE. Consider everyone as yours and treat them same as you would treat your family, no biasedness. This helps in building real and strong network. Its like the Magic of Love Potion💖
