As a friend of the vasculitis patient and as a Pharm D intern i believe that early diagnosis is very crucial for better outcomes of the treatment. Even though the treatment has positive outcome in most of the patients, late diagnosis leads to poor prognosis. Also peer support in addition to self awareness changes the whole picture of remission. By promoting public education, supporting prompt diagnosis and timely medical consultation, we can ensure proper care and better support for the people living with the rare disorders.
